By accessing and using Whiskrr ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
Whiskrr is an AI-powered Signal Stage platform designed to help founders validate their business ideas through comprehensive analysis across multiple dimensions including market, technical, financial, risk, customer, business model, and growth potential.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Whiskrr operates on a freemium model. Core features — including account creation, idea intake, AI pre-flight check, hypothesis generation, and the Castrr founder journal — are available at no cost. AI research analysis (running signal agents on your canvas blocks) requires credits. Credits are purchased at $1 USD = 10 credits. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire but are non-transferable. Payments are processed by PayPal.
You retain all rights to your business ideas and data submitted to the Platform. Whiskrr retains all rights to the Platform, including its multi-agent AI research pipeline, business-model-adaptive scoring engine, explainability architecture, prompt methodologies, scoring logic, validation action schema, and all related software, algorithms, and processes. These are protected under applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trade secret, and patent law.
WHISKRR™ and IDEA CHECK™ are trademarks of Whiskrr. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Platform are the property of Whiskrr or their respective owners.
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use reports generated for your canvases. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute any part of the Platform or its underlying methodologies without our express written permission.
We use your canvas data solely to provide Signal Stage services to you. We do not sell your business ideas or validation results to third parties. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve our services.
You may not use the Platform to: (a) violate any applicable laws; (b) submit false or misleading information; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (d) interfere with the Platform's operation; or (e) use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Whiskrr provides signal intelligence insights based on AI analysis and should not be considered as professional business advice. We are not liable for business decisions made based on signal analysis results. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and all data, though you retain any downloaded reports.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you and require your consent to continue using the Platform. Continued use after accepting updated terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
